Frequent global travel is part of this role
Day-to-day:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the training and go-live of various Infra projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define projects
- Scope out projects, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with project team
- Support on vendor management: selection, negotiation, and performance
Your experience:
- Minimum of 4 years working in an Infrastructure PM role
- Proficient in IT infrastructure, networking, and system implementation
- Demonstrable experience successfully executing large projects
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure vendors and platforms
- Relevant certification - Prince2, Agile, PMP etc.
- Effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Attention to detail, adaptable, able to operate under constraints
