Rate: £500 - £600 per day
Duration: To 28th March 2024 initially

Overall objective:
To migrate all remaining Exchange objects and services off the three legacy exchange environments, and onto M365 or a new Azure AD based exchange environment, This will allow the services to be de-commissioned, and allow for Data Centre Exit in line with current contractual obligations
Role
To work as part of a team delivering multiple, inter-related pieces of work in parallel to achieve the objective above. Working as part of the wider Service Migration workstream of which this part.
Essential Experience
* Experience and knowledge of Exchange-related projects and / or data migration projects
* Building and managing relationships with business customers
* Working as part of a large digital transformation programme
Responsibilities Include
* Managing multiple small / medium projects in parallel
* Management of third party suppliers against their statements of work
* Task manage and co-ordinate multiple third parties suppliers / internal resource groups to deliver against a single plan
* Working with business customers to ensure that operational impacts are minimised and managed
* Ensuring third parties comply with group policies and guidelines (including, but not limited to compliance with Security Vetting requirements)
* Standard project management and control processes and reporting

* Comfortable working with Technical SME and Senior Stakeholders
* Good technical understanding
