Fruition IT are on the lookout for a experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a global company in an exciting role focusing on VMware, Wintel, Active Directory, and Networking. As an integral part of the Infrastructure Team, you'll handle technical escalations from 1st and 2nd line support across a broad spectrum of Infrastructure & Security disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex tickets at a 3rd line level for hardware and software platforms
• Technically own escalations and serve as a subject matter expert for BAU tickets
• Manage and maintain various tool sets and solutions related to security, mail hygiene, and backups
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Projects, Security, and Technical teams
• Support projects with infrastructure expertise
• Play a key role in developing and implementing service improvements
• Proactive monitoring and maintenance of the infrastructure estate
• React to security alerts and respond to penetration tests for vulnerability remediation
• Consult on hardware solutions and provide guidance on hardware standards
• Provide support and mentoring to colleagues across the IT Service
