Infrastructure Technician

Infrastructure Technician £45,000-£55,000 per annum Bonus & Benefits Brighton or Peterborough - Hybrid working Our client, an established name in the finance sector, is actively recruiting for a number of Infrastructure Technicians to join them in their growing dedicated BAU team. As an experienced Infrastructure Engineer you will expected to deliver, support and manage solutions for their infrastructure and operational systems as primarily part of their BAU team with occasionalproject work. They are looking for candidates with experience of supporting and delivering solutions in a professional and regulated environment. Responsibilities: Monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure and systems estate Respond to incidents and provide fixes within SLAs and change procedures Escalating where necessary to Service teams and Managers Deliver change request and projects to agreed timelines Patching, upgrades and software licensing Ensure processes and system changes are documented Ensure security, resilience and operational requirements, measures and standards Ensure system resilience, Change, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Skills & Experience: Windows Server & Operating Systems Microsoft Cloud - Azure, O365, Teams, OneDrive Windows Desktop Administration - Windows 7 - 10 Active Directory and Group Policy Administration VMware vSphere SQL Server & SharePoint Patching & PowerShell scripting Networking LAN/WAN, VPN, Cisco switches & Palo Alto firewalls SAN HPE 3PAR / Nimble Backup solutions Commvault / EMC Networker DR & BC - Zerto AnyIaaS, SaaS& PaaS In line with the Conduct Regulations 2003, when advertising permanent vacancies JNC Recruitment are acting as an Employment Agency, and when advertising temporary/contract vacancies JNC Recruitment are acting as an Employment Business.
