SalaryOur client requires an experienced injection moulder who can oversee the factory, warehouse and workshop with a hands-on approach.
You will use your knowledge between tool, material, ancillaries, press and process to successfully diagnose and solve problems.
Duties:
- Review production processes on a frequent basis, ensuring that mould tools and ancillary equipment are running at optimal output
- Perform troubleshooting, identify root cause and mitigation activities
- Supporting the Manufacturing Moulding Team, highlighting opportunities for improvements in the existing processes, working environment and improvements in mould and machine efficiency
- Ensure health and safety, industry regulations and validated processes are adhered to
- Promote and encourage good housekeeping levels
- Overseeing the production and warehouse team of 7
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Injection Moulding Processing
- Extensive knowledge of Injection Moulding tooling, processes, techniques and implementation
- A logical and methodical approach to their duties
- Tool Maintenance
- Good Communication & People Skills
- Basic Machine Maintenance
Licence/Certification:
- Fork Lift Licence (preferred)
