- Mastery of machinery and equipment to surpass production targets
- Proficiency in tool setting, changes, and material trialling
- Engagement in process optimisation and basic tool maintenance
- Expertise in troubleshooting and basic machine upkeep
- Diligence in packaging, maintaining the highest quality standards
- Acumen in production fault finding and asset care
- Dedication to maintaining and advancing 5s standards
- Competence with IT systems such as Efacs & Gemba for operational updates and quality checks
This position offers a structured work schedule across mornings and afternoons, with the expectation of flexibility to accommodate night shifts and weekend work as required by business needs. A proactive and adaptable approach is key.
