Ink Room Manager

We have an exciting opportunity in Pershore (Worcestershire) for an Ink Room Managerto join the team at Sun Chemical, the world's largest producer of printing inks and pigments.

The Role

Thanks to our innovative products and great team - we are proud that the business is continuing to grow, we now have an opportunity for an Ink Room Manager to join our professional manufacturing team based in Pershore, Worcestershire.

Responsibilities

• Safety Commitment - maintain systems and procedures
• Ensuring all customer requirements are met
• Management of a small team of Ink Technicians
• Oversee Ink Room operations to meet tight customer deadlines
• Colour Management
• Provide on-site technical/press support
• Accurate maintenance of records including dispenser data
• Produce weekly/monthly KPI's and accurate job costing
• Stock control

Qualifications / Experience Critical for the Job Holder

• Maths and English GCSE grade 4 (C) and above or equivalent
• Familiar in Microsoft Programs, Word Excel etc
• Experience with dispensing and colour measurement/formulation software
