A great opportunity to join a leading multinational pizza restaurant chain as an Innovation Analyst working on customer insights and data.

THE COMPANY

The business is a leading multinational pizza restaurant chain with over 10,000 employees across the globe. As the company are now looking to expand their global footprint, they are looking to hire a Innovation Analyst to support the implementation of new products into the business.

Joining the team as an Innovation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the impact of new food products and innovations. This will include understanding the performance of new items by analysing various metrics also providing insights into the nutritional info of products. With the aim of the position being to share product development and ensure customer satisfaction.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate the performance of new products by analysing key business metrics
• Assess contribution of new products to revenue growth and profitability
• Analyse data to determine extent to which products generate additional orders beyond normal sales
• Identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour related to products
• Measure customer retention and repeat buying behaviour for new items
• Identify strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement with products
• Create reports and data visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong programming experience in SQL
• Background in customer and insights analytics
• Proven track record working with senior stakeholders
