Salary: 35,000 to 45,000 DOE

In the pursuit of an Innovation and Investments Lead, Our Client is looking for someone to take the lead on service improvement and investment on their Local Government Contract. You will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that support the achievement of the plan to improve service delivery, improve public spaces for communities and generate more commercial income from public assets. This is a highly collaborative role that requires an ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and teams within the business and the customer organisation.
Your Responsibilities
Working side-by-side with operations to identify improvement opportunities within existing processes and ways of working, and managing ongoing initiatives through to delivery operating the innovation process Identifying innovative improvements that will improve Services, responding at pace, being proactive and increasing customer satisfaction, efficiency and compliance. Challenging existing thinking and quantifying opportunities for standardisation of and improvement. Leading forums to surface opportunities Taking a data-led approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and defining analysis and improvement plans to deliver change.
Required Experience
A passion for ground maintenance Experience of Local Government, public spaces and commercialisation A interest in new technology and making things better A self starter who can use their own initiative to make things happen Project management experience delivering initiatives Strong communication skills and able to present / engage all levels of the business Likes data and manging data, analyses it and makes good judgements to trend or prioritise.
