Day in the Life of the Inside Sales Coordinator
You are the direct contact for any topics related to sales and contracts. You contribute to the efficiency of the service by answering the direct requests from existing customers. You assist the in-field sales representatives or agents. You prepare commercial proposals, write, send quotes resulting from their approaches to customers and prospects (hospitals, clinics, nuclear sites...). In permanent contact with the outside world, you respond to all commercial requests that reach the office. You take care of incoming calls, deal with the emails bound to the sales department, follow the administrative processing of files, ensure the customers review and take in charge the administrative support of the office and inf-field sales. Reporting hierarchically and remotely to the EMEA Sales Director, you work hand in hand on the company site with the other departments of the company (including the customer service)).
Responsibilities
- Assist the in-field sales reps or agents
- Ensure the contracts process and recalls
- Reply to customer requests (email, phone) and send quotes client/prospect
- Take in charge the administrative support
- Follow-up, prepare and reply to tenders
- Represent the sales within the company
- Take part of the price list increase process and price renewals
- Participate in targeted actions from other services (collection, marketing…)
- Monitor and update KPIs
Your Team
Locally, as the UK office is not a large team, you are based in Kidlington office and part of this team composed of 8 persons. You report locally to the UK site manager for any day-to-day topics. You are the person in charge of the sales requests, contracts, and questions. Your role is mostly focused on the UK and includes some international requests. You represent the sales team within the company.
Globally, you are part of the EMEA sales team, including offices in France and Sweden. Your direct manager is the EMEA sales director, based in Vélizy-Villacoublay (France). You mainly work with him remotely.
Experience
- Level Diploma Advanced Technician or more (sales, international)
- Successful experience of more than 3 years in this position
- Already worked on products with high technical value and have the necessary curiosity to train on our products
