Inside Sales Executive
Circa £25,000 Base + OTE £32,000 - £42,000 Uncapped
A high-energy, numbers driven Inside Sales Executive with a passion for nurturing commercial relationships and driving consistent bottom-line growth is required to identify new B2B trade sales opportunities from within an existing customer base, but primarily through new business development for an ambitious, growing company with a fantastic industry leading reputation.
Our client is a proud supplier of industry leading doors, windows and associated products.
With a diverse wealth of manufacturing experience and over 30,000 sq ft of production space they supply the trade nationwide with high quality products and great service at fair and honest prices.
The ideal Inside Sales Executive will enjoy a varied role focussing on outbound sales activity working closely with Senior Business Development Manager.
The successful candidate will have a desire to over-achieve at all times, coupled with a consultative, client-focussed approach.
Essential to the role is the ability to be a strong listener, able to quickly build long lasting relationships.
You'll have a natural 'hunter' mentality with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The role is office based, with no travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential clients that could benefit from our products.
- Drive outbound B2B sales activity, efficiently maximising all sales opportunities
- Handle existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Over time, upskill on our client's product line and develop the ability to prepare and provide accurate quotations to potential and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories, aligning with company objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aluminium doors and windows industry (but not a requirement) and ideally in a B2B technical environment
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills (listening & questioning)
- Desire and focus to win/succeed with goals and targets
