We have partnered with a leading organisation within their field, who are looking for an inside sales representative to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a full time role working 8am-4.30pm, and is office based, in Rugby.
The offering salary for this position is £25k pa.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead development – Qualify and follow up on leads for sales opportunities
- Product sales – Convert leads and upsell to meet internal targets.
- Customer service - Assist customers with simple queries, order and shipping status, and product feedback.
- Maintain the CRM system (migrating to Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Lead qualification - Schedule appointments and demos for qualified leads and pass them to the sales team.
- Customer retention - Maintain regular contact with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify any additional needs or opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some experience in sales, business development, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company
