With a healthy marketing budget, all sales leads will be warm enquiries/ request for demos.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls (to warm leads) to meet set targets.
- Assess leads via various channels.
- Use CRM (Hubspot) to track interactions.
- Understand company products to persuade clients.
- Assist trialists via phone, chat, and email.
- Follow sales processes and refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven sales success with strong phone skills.
- Understanding of sales processes and hitting targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
