Job description

Do you have an attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent sales operations support? Does the idea of having your own Telecoms accounts (mainly carriers but some enterprise customers), within an EMEA region appeal to you?

This Inside Sales role provides a combination of administrative Sales Support to the existing EU sales team and to a lesser extent, being proactively involved in generating new sales for the department. You will be supporting the Sales manager with their dedicated customer accounts, as well as being the direct point of contact for a base of lower value customers and new business enquiries. Although predominantly administrative, there is the potential for the role to grow into a junior sales role.

Your admin duties will include processing customer cancellations, modifications, renewals, raising quotations and order forms and providing reports on customer activity.

You’ll handle the majority of the daily communication with clients and prospective clients, responding to email and phone enquiries. You’ll also proactively be involved in customer requirements to help prevent cancellations and increase the use of our services.

You should have:

  • Previous telecommunications experience, preferably within carrier, connectivity or other complex telecoms solutions
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience of raising pricing and quotes essential
  • Experience of working within a customer facing role is essential
  • Experience of working within a Sales environment would be beneficial - experience in a different department within a similar Telecoms company will be considered.
  • Experience of working with a major CRM system is beneficial (we use Salesforce)
  • Current valid work permit or passport
