Insight and Effectiveness Manager (12 Month FTC) – hybrid 1-2 days a week in Leeds - £65,000 - £70,000
As the Insight and Effectiveness Manager you will play a key role within the Marketing department, responsible for identifying and supporting the execution of Marketing activity in order to increase customer understanding, engagement and financial performance.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage bespoke customer segments, utilising statistical models and segmentation
- Actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities through data driven analysis
- Provide Marketing MI for all areas of marketing, both quantitative and qualitative
- Responsible for understanding digital performance across all channels and customer segments, providing insight into both effectiveness and efficiency to recommend focus for next steps
- Understand customers needs and preferences through market research, internal data and/or external products
- Making strategic recommendations, through deep-dive analytics, on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to inform future marketing plans
- Provide and create insight through the customer experience software platform, fitting both project and customer needs
- Improve the effectiveness of marketing investment decisions through the creation of scalable analytics and rigorous deep dives across multiple marketing lines and purchase channels
- Manage and continually enhance the marketing analytics programme that underpins the Marketing department’s performance
We are keen to speak with data driven professional who possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in using analytics to drive business performance
- Significant experience in creating, defining and building data driven models
- SQL, SAS, Python R
