Insight Telephone Agents
Location: The Core, Bath Lane, Newcastle Helix,
Salary : £12.00 per hour
Guaranteed Hours Contracts – Minimum of 16 hours per week
Shifts: Full & Part Time Shifts Patterns Available between - Mon, Wed (10am-7pm), Tues & Thurs (11am-8pm), Friday (9am-4pm) Sat (9am-1pm). NB – You will be required to work at least 2 evenings per week.

Explain is an established market research agency based at The Core, set within Newcastle Helix and situated in the heart of Newcastle City Centre.
Our team is made up of leading qualitative and quantitative researchers, and a team of dedicated telephone researchers who operate in our Insight Hub Contact Centre based at the Core.

The Role, typical tasks will include.
Our in house qualitative and quantitative researchers will develop innovative telephone research-based questionnaires in line with client requirements. As Insight Telephone Agents, you will work on various projects and your primary responsibilities will be (not exhaustive):
· Making telephone calls to respondents through the completion of a scripted questionnaire in a professional and timely manner, maintaining set targets at all times.
· Recording all respondent comments ‘real time’ during the telephone call ensuring accurate reflection of discussion which supports further analysis and insight.
· To manage and protect all customer information, this includes sensitive information in accordance with the relevant legislation and company procedures.
· Ensuring contact with respondents is professional and upholds Explain core brand values.
What do we need from you…
· Previous experience in a customer facing role (Essential)
· Experience of delivering inbound or outbound telephone-based customer service work (Desirable)
· A strong communicator, who is self-motivated and passionate about delivering service excellence. (Essential)
· Educated to at least GCSE level, including English.
· Excellent written communication skills with the ability to reflect respondents’ comments accurately and succinctly (essential)
· Competent in the use of a PC with experience of using MS office tools such as outlook, word, and excel (essential)
· Flexible, adaptable with the ability to respond to change to meet targets (Essential)
