Cromwell Insolvency Limited undertakes all forms of corporate restructuring and insolvency appointments within a regulated industry. We are currently looking for an Insolvency Case Manager to join our new office in Cheadle, close to Manchester. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual. As Insolvency Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of CVL, MVL & Insolvency Administrations from the date of appointment through to closure.
The candidate will have an opportunity of advancing their insolvency career and will be supported should they wish to take the CPI and/or JIEB examinations.
Skills and Requirements:
You must have a year or more experience of administering corporate insolvency cases (mainly CVLs and MVLs)
Salary commensurate with experience
Managing asset valuation and realisation
Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Experience with Turnkey IPS would be advantageous
A good telephone manner with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal, fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the company and outside
Proactive, positive and self-motivated with an excellent attention to detail
