Insolvency Case Administrator –Sheffield – Competitive Salary

They are looking for an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. The right candidate will have experience in corporate insolvency and will be joining a business at a fantastic time!

Insolvency Case Administrator Responsibilities:
• Liaising with directors to gather the relevant information
• Preparing necessary reports
• Communicating with creditors to address any queries
• Preparation of SIP6 reports, Administrators Proposals and Progress Reports in line with insolvency legislation and best practice
• Managing own workload to ensure statutory deadlines are met
• Taking responsibility for ongoing compliance on own portfolio of cases
• Provide support and assistance to other members of the team
• Attending site visits as and when required
• Trading Administrations – financial and day to day operation responsibility
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with banks/lawyers/financial institutions
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within corporate insolvency
• Able to work in a pressured environment
• Understands and manages risk within potential and current cases
• Maintains & promote high professional standards of conduct
• A real team player, with excellent communication skills
• Positive approach to problem solving
• Be flexible and open to change
