Insolvency Solicitor

Eventus Legal is seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join a leading multi-service law firm with offices in Manchester and Liverpool. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Insolvency Solicitor will manage their own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters including but not limited to:

• Bankruptcies
• Company administrations and insolvencies
• CVAs
• Director disqualification proceedings
• Public interest winding-up petitions
• IVAs

The team mainly deal with commercial insolvency but there may be some personal insolvency work. You will be expected to build strong client relationships and get involved with business development to support the further growth of the department.

Person Specification

The department is continuing to expand and this is a fantastic opportunity to join them during this period of growth.

Applications are sought from committed legal professionals who are keen to develop a career in this area of law. You will be a qualified solicitor ideally with some experience in the discipline, possibly during your training contract, although Solicitors with experience in Commercial Litigation are also encouraged to apply.
