THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor with 2 to 7 years PQE to join a dynamic dispute resolution team. This role provides you with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in resolving client disputes.
You will be expected to;
Provide practical and insightful legal advice, steering clients through the intricacies of insolvency procedures with a keen focus on tailoring solutions to their specific circumstances.
Take the lead on intricate cases, demonstrating autonomy in navigating complexities while ensuring strict adherence to legal standards and industry best practices.
Collaborate seamlessly with the team, fostering growth and success within a dynamic Dispute Resolution practice. Your contribution will be instrumental in achieving collective goals.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have relevant Insolvency/Restructuring experience with excellent technical and client care skills
