Instrument Plastics is a bespoke manufacturer of display windows for electronic equipment. We are a family run business established in 1987 who are looking for a person to assist in their Inspection and packing department.
About the Role:
· Assembling and cleaning parts prior to dispatch
· Inspecting finished parts for optical defects to ensure they are within specification.
· Applying adhesives / tapes
· Packing of finished products prior to dispatch
· A fixed 8 hour day Monday - Friday (8:00am – 4:30 pm)
About you:
· An ideal candidate would have an excellent eye for detail and quality.
· Previous experience in a production environment would be beneficial
· Support the implementation of continuous improvement programmes
· Positive and self-motivated attitude towards learning new skills and training.
· Knowledge of quality department procedures would be advantageous (Full training provided)
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others and work in a team-based environment.
