As an Inspection Clerk, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of property management that the firm prides itself on. Your days will be filled with conducting thorough inspections, articulating findings to both landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance, overseeing check-outs, and managing deposit returns. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure the seamless operation of these critical tasks.
