You will;

• Coordinate and manage the installation of automated coffee machines into Store with third-party agencies ensuring timely and efficient set up.
• Maintain a comprehensive asset tracking system to monitor the location, status, and performance
• Effectively communicate installation plans, timelines, and requirements to internal teams to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Supporting relevant staff in store on the delivery of our automated ordering and training requirements.
• Working in conjunction with the wider Sales team to support store refresh plans
• Working closely with the relevant store personnel in relation to day-to-day stock management
• Provide on-site support for all machine installations across Northern Ireland.

Ability to communicate effectively with 3rd Party technical teams and interpret data driven insights for stock control & forecasting. Proven track record of delivering to agreed performance targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications –especially Excel, Cell formatting, Basic Formulas, Data validation and date and time functions in addition to Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
