Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000

The role of Installation Manager - Fit Out & FF&E will involve:
- Installation Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Management of all subcontractors and site operatives
- Ensure that H&S procedures are adhere to by all site staff
- Oversee the distribution of materials to enable installation team to work efficiently
- Manage and arrange labour and resource required to complete works
- Produce weekly reports for Contracts Managers and Directors
- Attend site meetings as required with Main Contractors
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and deadlines
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects ranging in value up to £5m
The ideal applicant will be an Installation Manager - Fit Out & FF&E with
- Must have Installation Management, Project Management, Site Management or Contracts Management experience within the fitout, furniture or joinery market sectors
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Must have CSCS Gold/Black card
- Ideally will have SMSTS & FAAW
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license
