Responsibilities of the Installation Manager

• Proactive Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges with a positive and measured approach. Collaborate on effective solutions with project managers.
• Project Management: Lead glazing installation projects in the Southeast, occasional travel across the UK (subject to notice and family responsibilities).
• Client Interaction: Ensure project alignment with client expectations. Conduct quality checks on lifters and manage client expectations effectively.
• Quality Control: Oversee installation team's conduct, materials and product installed, paperwork, and training compliance.
• Compliance and Guidelines: Work in line with industry standards and GGF guidelines, staying updated with the changes in standards.
• Site Evaluation and Feedback: Attend sites, provide constructive feedback, and enhance team performance.

Requirements for the Installation Manager

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing glazing installation projects.
