Job Title:Installation Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Adecco is seeking an organised and computer-literate Installation Manager in Poole!
As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, organising deliveries, managing a team, unloading deliveries, coordinating fitter schedules, and experience in window or door fitting would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls and correspondence related to installations.
- Utilise computer skills to manage and update installation records and schedules.
- Organise and oversee the delivery process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise and support the installation team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Assist in unloading deliveries upon arrival and ensure proper storage.
- Coordinate and set up the diary for fitters, optimising their schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Previous experience in window or door fitting is advantageous.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer operations and basic software applications.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and team members.
- Prior experience in a managerial or coordinating role is preferred.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including unloading deliveries.
- Experience in window or door fitting is a strong asset.
