Installation Scheduler
As a dedicated Installations Scheduler, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless coordination of surveys and installations, ensuring that every client interaction is a testament to the company's commitment to precision and customer satisfaction.
Role:
The heart of this role lies in the meticulous planning and scheduling of surveys and installations, requiring a proactive approach to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of liaising with customers, surveyors, and installation teams to ensure that all pre-installation activities are executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule surveys and installations with precision
- Act as the primary point of contact for all scheduling-related queries
- Maintain and update scheduling systems with accuracy
- Collaborate with various departments to optimise workflow and enhance customer experience
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a scheduling or logistics role is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and trust
- A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
- No qualifications required and full company training provided
Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday – Friday
