Our client in the Aldridge area is looking for an Racking Installation Supervisor to join their team in the Aldridge area due to continued business growth.
Benefits:
- Salary - £25,000 to £31,000 per annum DOE
- Dependant on night out frequency, potential earnings up to £36,000 per annum
- £20 per night, Night out allowance
- Hours - Monday to Friday - 40hrs per week.
- Overtime.
- 28 Days holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation of pallet racking systems.
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to within your team.
- Ensure installations are completed to a high standard and client specifications.
- Communicate with head office and clients of any onsite issues and support in providing solutions.
- Provide training to staff, promoting a positive culture and career development.
- Work alongside your team to install racking systems.
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to when your team are completing installations.
- Be able to work away for up to one week (Accommodation is paid for)
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Able to safely lift racking from 10kg to 20kg.
- Technical knowledge of racking systems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Clean, Full UK Driving Licence.
