Kitchens InStyle are looking to recruit an Installation Manager to join us in our fantastic New Forest showroom.
This is both a challenging and rewarding role managing bespoke kitchen installations after point of sale right through to completion and beyond. The successful candidate will be required to use their strong customer service, communication, and organisation skills. This will ensure our stunning bespoke kitchens are installed to the highest possible standards and any unforeseen issues are resolved to the satisfaction of our valued customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Control the installation schedule to ensure trades, materials and transportation are in place to meet deadlines.
- Follow, maintain, and improve installations procedures to consistently deliver high levels of service.
- Deal with any customer adjustment to contracts that may arise following point of sale.
- Confirming on site that the kitchen fits and is in line with the customer’s expectation.
- Checking, confirming, and ordering bespoke kitchen furniture.
- Ordering of all appliances and accessories via the EQ system in line with Sales orders, checking order acknowledgements and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Booking, managing, and communicating all customer deliveries with clients, fitters, and logistics providers.
- Management of all subcontractors and third-party providers to deliver project objectives.
- Promptly and efficiently dealing with issues arising during installation or within warranty periods through to their successful resolution in the showroom, over the phone and in customer’s homes.
- On site signoffs with our installers and customers.
- Goods in/out: Liaising closely with our established suppliers to aid the appliance collections and returns process.
- Producing and maintaining installations management reports for continuous improvement in delivering customer satisfaction.
- Promote a proactive, client focused approach in delivering customer service.
- Updating and managing the customer data folder as well as ad-hoc project work in line with business objectives
Further Details
- Salary - circa £36,000.00 - £41,000.00 (depending on your specific experience) with paid business mileage.
- Monday to Friday - Generally 9.30am to 5pm, subject to the demands of the role.
- Holiday - 28 Days per annum plus Bank Holidays (5 to be saved for our Christmas shutdown).
- Based in - Cadnam, Southampton with some local travel involved.
- Reporting to - Director.
