We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Installations Manager specializing in Gas Barrier and Waterproofing Systems to join our team.

Responsibilities: As the Installations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of Gas Barrier and Waterproofing Systems on various construction projects. Your role will involve:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive installation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of Gas Barrier and Waterproofing Systems into base structures.

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gas Barrier and Waterproofing system technologies.
• Provide technical guidance to installation teams and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of installation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and project specifications.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate installation teams to achieve project milestones within established timelines.
• Provide training and mentorship to ensure the continuous development of the installation team.

Client Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding installation progress and technical queries.
• Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing installations of Gas Barrier and Waterproofing Systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant materials and construction methods.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
