Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare marketing materials targeted at potential and existing clients.
- Manage and respond promptly to inquiries from clients and consultants.
- Contribute to the provision and preparation of client data, involving responses to requests for proposals and due diligence memoranda, often within stringent timelines.
- Oversee the maintenance, management, and updating of client data across internal and external systems.
- Engage in various institutional business development duties on a need basis.
Assist in managing pivotal Client Relationships, ensuring their needs are met and maintained.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients and consultants, as necessary.
- Foster internal communication within the organisation, keeping relevant parties updated on client matters.
- Collaborate closely with specific departments such as Sustainability, aiding in diverse initiatives and client requests.

- Possess or willing to acquire a profound knowledge of markets, financial instruments, and an understanding of the firm’s investment process and research functions.
- A clear understanding of Institutional Clients’ needs and a broad view of the asset management landscape.
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to process, analyse, and question data effectively.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in essential software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power BI is considered a plus.
- Candidates should bring approximately four years of relevant experience.
