Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Achieve new business targets and client retention across UAE intuitional and wholesale channels
- Arranging client and prospect meetings and in doing so understanding client needs through building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Producing high quality presentations for new business pitches. Sourcing and collating competitor, prospect and market intelligence research
- Liaising with operational client services teams and handling enquiries from clients
- Assisting with the organisation of key events and road shows
- Providing support to sales associates/ senior team members across regional UAE markets
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects when required as well as general administrative support to team members
Necessary qualifications, experience and competencies:
- 3 + years of asset management experience
- IMC, CISI, CFA qualifications are advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills, charisma and resilience
- Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Solid understanding of Asset Management Operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines
- An existing book of Middle Eastern clients is advantageous but not essential
