Delivering content design that supports a blended learning approach including Video, animation, Voice Over, SCORM modules and HTML5Listening and understanding internal teams' requirements to design brilliant learning content that delivers an engaging learning experienceAn awareness of creating instructional materials that could be translated into multiple languagesAdhering to our company brand identity and standard
- Have strong writing, storyboarding skillsExperience of technical writing, course design, development and evaluation methods within a virtual/e-learning environmentA working knowledge of industry standard eLearning development/authoring software tools (such as GoMo/Captivate/Articulate) and knowledge of mobile learning principlesDemonstrable experience of using established eLearning methodologies, current research, theory and practice of instructional design and web-based eLearning standards and specifications (SCORM, XAPI, HTML)Have an awareness of developing eLearning content for a range of people with different abilities (accessibility)
- Experience of designing and creating digital content using the Adobe Creative Suite and animation softwareDegree educatedCIPD Level 3 or equivalent (or above) Digital Learning Design Qualification e.g. Level 3 Digital Learning Diploma
