In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients while helping the branch achieve its business goals.
You'll play a pivotal role in the organisation's success by:
- Providing quotations for new business and renewals.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company and reduce costs.
- Engaging with clients over the phone and via email to ensure maximum retention and sales targets are achieved.
- Demonstrating efficient communication and negotiation skills.
- Exercising good judgement and analytical thinking.
- Paying close attention to detail in all interactions.
- Adhering to individual underwriting authority limits and the established procedure manual.
- Flexibility, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience working within a broking or underwriting environment.
- Cert CII qualification would be a huge advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
