Based near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, our client is a team of friendly insurance experts who work hard to provide their clients with insurance solutions tailored to their businesses at the right price. All backed up by exceptional customer service.
In order to keep up with ongoing growth our client is looking to appoint an Account Executive to service existing customers as well as securing new business nationwide.
Supported by a talented telemarketing team, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Accurately obtain, assess and present all information necessary regarding prospects / clients and their insurances to enable colleagues to approach the insurance market, prepare quotations and secure new and existing business.
- Achieve new business income objectives
- Achieve renewal retention objectives
- Ensure all FCA rules and company policies and procedures are fully complied with.
Ideally our client is looking to appoint someone who has relevant experience working with commercial insurance and has the interpersonal skills to build a rapport with their prospects and clients. You also need to be able to interpret a client's needs and present that information to enable the team to design an insurance proposal that suits their needs.
Additionally, you should be motivated and take pride in providing first class customer service as well as being comfortable working with IT.
