This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Insurance professional to join their thriving team in the Kidderminster area. This could be a full time or part time, permanent role with competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum and benefits on offer.
The Role
The purpose of the role is to manage a book of existing insurance business.
- Processing of and negotiating with clients and underwriters on new business and renewals
- Issuing of relevant documentation, ensuring it is accurate and compliant
- Assisting in the handling of claims
- Supporting the Account Executives
- Providing exceptional service to customers and building strong, long-term relationships
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in Commercial insurance (essential)
- Used the system Acturis
- Excellent administrative skills and background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record of retention
- Passion for customer services and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of FCA, DPA etc.
