Role Overview:
As an Insurance Administrator, you will be a crucial point of contact within your branch. Whether you're engaging with new clients, maintaining existing accounts, or educating clients about our products, your client service skills will shine. You will be an adept listener, problem solver, and guide, assisting clients in making informed insurance decisions that best suit their needs. Your role will significantly contribute to the growth and success of both the branch and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain positive, enduring relationships with clients, positioning us as their preferred choice for insurance solutions.
- Provide professional and timely communications, ensuring accurate and appropriate risk placement.
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends, our policies, and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliant and ethical work conduct.
- Achieve individual targets set by the Branch Manager, contributing to branch and business objectives.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify upselling opportunities and tailor insurance solutions to their evolving needs.
- Handle online inquiries, walk-in clients, and inbound calls.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to assist with their inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams across the branch network to effectively place risks with specialized teams.
