Location: Derby Homes – London Road

Derby Homes are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Repairs and Maintenance Team, on a 12 month contract providing maternity leave cover. The role is to provide admin support in relation to insurance and disrepair claims. Experience and knowledge in handling these claims is essential.

The candidate will also need to have excellent customer service skills to deal with queries and questions that our customers and work colleagues may have.

Key Requirements:

Must have good IT skills and have a good understanding of technical related IT systems. The role will entail producing Scott Schedules, composing letters, managing and creating spreadsheets, updating relevant files, taking meeting minutes, collating information and documents to produce disclosure documents. Must be able to work on your own and as part of a small team.
