SalaryClark James Insurance Recruitment have a great role within a busy and vibrant Motor Claims business working within the Intervention and Fault Team. The basic salary is generous and the company also offer a range of benefits and an attractive bonus scheme as well as a home/office based split as long as you are based in or close to West Kent.
Depending on your experience the basic is between £23000-£31500 plus up to a £4000 bonus a year.
This is a role based on outgoing calls to third party customers who have recently been involved in a motor claim through the business with a view to providing vehicle, hire and repair solutions to help the client through a tricky time.
Role and Responsibilities
- Making and receiving inbound/outbound calls and talking to customers ensuring you are speaking to third party customers as soon after the notification of the accident as possible.
- Use a menu of offers to find a solution that best meets the customers’ needs whilst being mindful of unnecessary costs.
- Use active listening and good questioning to understand and assess the damage whilst capturing the information accurately.
- Quickly and accurately establish whether the vehicle is repairable or if it is going to be deemed a total loss (write off).
The ideal candidate will have a persuasive and confident telephone manner. Some previous and recent Motor claims experience in a similar sort of role would give you a big advantage but the company are open to someone with a strong track record of negotiation in a sales (inbound and outbound phone based role).
