Insurance Client Handler (HNW Private Clients)

Location: Twickenham (hybrid working after successful probationary period - 6 Months)

Salary: DOE + great benefit package

Hours: Mon - Fri 8.45 - 5pm

Do you want to work for a highly reputable and respected brokerage that can offer exciting career growth for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance professional to join my clients Private Clients team delivering bespoke insurance solutions to a large client base of High New Worth individuals, based out of their modern offices in Twickenham.

You will already have a strong understanding of personal lines products and have a natural ability to build strong business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering bespoke insurance solutions including, Home, Motor, Fine Art & jewellery, yachts, Motorboats, and Leisure & Lifestyle.
• Manage client renewals.
• Deal with policy adjustments, renewal invitations and placing policies.
• Assist with the new business and identify cross selling and upselling opportunities.
• Handle the day-to-day enquiries by phone, email, and correspondence.
• Manage insurer relationships effectively.
• Manage your own portfolio of business, ensuring insurance needs are met.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

• Proven experience within personal lines and ideally have dealt with HNW clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of personal lines products.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Confident, personable and with great customer service skills.
• Good IT skills and knowledge of Acturis would be beneficial.
• Ideally CII qualified or happy to take the CII qualifications.
