We are seeking a Compliance and Operations Co-ordinator to join their team. This would ideally suit an experienced Commercial Account Handler seeking a new challenge. This is a full time, permanent post with a highly competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus a suite of benefits and hybrid working on the Hertfordshire border.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the business are compliant with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for operations administration so it's a varied and diverse role.
The main duties include;
- Act as first point of contact for day to day risk and compliance matters
- Implementing and execution of policies and procedures
- Coordinate a quarterly management review of risk and control registers
- Ensure that a file review process is in place and managed accordingly
- Handling complaints
- Identify, report and escalate any breaches
- Other duties as listed on the JD
The successful candidate must have;
- Experience in a compliance role within a General Insurance business
- Commercial Account Handling experience
- Strong knowledge of ICOBS, DISP and GDPR
- Excellent administrative skills and background
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of retention
- Passion for customer services and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
