Key Responsibilities
- Work within the Renewals team to maximise sales and enhance client retention.
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, effective communication, and relationship-building.
- Utilize excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities in updating relevant systems and administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Drive and a genuine passion to learn and develop
- Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ideally have a background in insurance, but this is not essential.
