Insurance Customer Support Executive
Location: Brighton
Salary: £24k - £26k + company benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

You will already have a Customer Service background ideally within the insurance industry and thrive in a busy working environment.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers queries over the phone.
- Advising customers and resolving any queries.
- Assisting in claims administration.
- Administration of policy documents.
- Data entry and updating the inhouse CRM system.
- Filing and scanning of documents.
- Processing data accurately.
- Adhering to FCA compliance and regulations.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Background within a Customer Service role, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Highly organised with good administration skills.
- Good telephone manner
- Good IT skills inclusive of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Works well in a team environment.
