Form of workThe Lockton Private Clients division is currently looking for an accomplished Renewal Advisor to join their Performance team.
Within the position you will provide pivotal support to the team in respect of Renewal inviting and Administration.
Your remit will encompass the following areas of responsibility:
- Provide support to Account Managers with Renewal inviting and Administration.
- Calculation and underwriter referral
- Processing renewals within appropriate timescales
- Preparation and issuing client documentation
About you:
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with insurers and other colleagues.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Understanding and demonstrated skills using the Microsoft Packages; Excel and Word
- Forward thinking and a can-do attitude
