My client is an established independent Insurance Broker and due to growth are looking for a Renewals Advisor to join their dynamic and close-knit team. They have a unique blend of experienced professionals, some with a tenure of 10-15 years, alongside newer team members who have brought fresh perspectives, which creates an engaging and lively work environment.
The Role
As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for handling renewals with a focus on personal lines such as motor, home, and vans.
Responsibilities:
Handle a range of Personal Lines insurance products, including Motor, Home and Van
Manage all aspects of client interactions, including Renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments (MTA), and New Business.
Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and address their insurance needs effectively.
Requirements:
No Insurance experience is required but ideally experience working in an office or desire to work within the Insurance Industry
Ability to handle a variety of tasks, including administrative duties associated with renewals, policy changes, and new business acquisitions.
