The client provides Investment expertise to their portfolio companies and are looking for an experienced Investment Reporting Actuary to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the production and delivery of internal as well as external (Portfolio Companies) reporting
- Lead the development of new reporting tools and update existing reporting systems and software
- Present financial and ALM results internally and to portfolio companies' management boards
- Lead the integration and maintenance of the Economic Scenario Generator ('ESG') model
- Support the Insurance Advisory team to monitor and optimise different balance-sheets across the portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Circa 10 years of actuarial investment / asset reporting experience
- Detailed knowledge of asset classes and appropriate analytics
- Experience onboarding and coordination across different systems and data sources in the context of M&A
- Experience with insurance actuarial and ALM concepts; balance-sheets modelling; assets performance and risk management techniques
- Experience with insurance company regulatory regimes, particularly Solvency II; US Statutory reporting . Previous experience in IFRS, US GAAP or Dutch GAAP helpful.
- Working knowledge of ESG and stochastic models, previous experience with Moody's and GEMS' ESG helpful
