Form of workAn insurance company with Lloyd's of London based Underwriters are looking to expand their sales team. This is very much a phone based position sitting on a team of 6 other experienced people who very much enjoy customer services. The new sales member is required to join a small but growing team based in the City of London
The Underwritten insurance policies are for Jewellery, collectables, fine art and hearing aids products.
The pride themselves on customer service so you should enjoy talking to people on the phone and have a desire to be friendly, helpful and professional at all times.
Key responsibilities include: Outbound/inbound calls (NO cold calling), Building rapport with customers, Identify customer’s needs through open conversation, and recommending suitable products
Must have and excellent customer service and communication skills, ppositive attitude, an ability to motivate yourself and others and also comfortable working to targets.
Note that full product training is given, the role will also have 20 days holiday, pension scheme, and an excellent working environment. Will be hybrid working with 3 days in the office and have monthly commission based on hitting targets.
