Insurance Sales Executive (No Insurance Experience needed)

Location: Bedford

Salary: £22,000 - £26,00 DOE

My client is an established independent Insurance Broker and due to growth are looking for a Insurance Sales Executive to join their dynamic and close-knit team. They have a unique blend of experienced professionals, some with a tenure of 10-15 years, alongside newer team members who have brought fresh perspectives, which creates an engaging and lively work environment.

The Role

As a Insurance sales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling new business enquires with a focus on Commercial Lines.

Responsibilities:

Handle a range of Commercial insurance products including Cyber, Commercial Combined, Construction, Commercial Property and Public liability Insurance

Implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones

Selling all aspects of Commercial Insurance and a small percentage of Personal Lines

Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and address their insurance needs effectively.

Requirements:

No Insurance experience is required but ideally experience working in an office or desire to work within the Insurance Industry

Ability to handle a variety of tasks, including administrative duties associated with renewals, policy changes, and new business acquisitions.
