Integrated Logistics Support Manager

We are looking for Integrated Logistic Support Managers.

• The role will between 6-12 months.
• The role will be based in Abbeywood 8 days a month onsite
• SC/DV clearance

Main responsibilities 

• Develop R&M strategy, scrutinise the contractor developed documentation and plans, and ensure the contractor is developing the ILS solution in line with stated requirements. Completing non-functional assessment of the VVRM.
• Co-ordinate and significantly contribute to the definition and development of the platform/ equipment’s ILS plan and associated ILS documentation using ILS methodologies.
• In liaison with, PM/OM, TTLS and SCM colleagues, lead, manage, coordinate, develop, implement and optimise support solutions through the provision of relevant, timely and accurate support information, data and analysis.
• In liaison with, OM, TTLS, SCM, Eng and FLC colleagues set, manage and improve platform/ equipment availability, reliability and sustainability targets considering levels of failure, repair and engineering service requirements.
• In liaison with, OM, TTLS, SCM and Commercial colleagues define, manage and adjust Service contract arrangements.
• In liaison with, OM, TTLS, SCM, Eng and FLC colleagues provide management of specialist technical support, e.g. tools, test eqpt, software, training, technical documentation and publications.
• Assist OM, TTLS, SCM, Eng and FLC colleagues design and introduce platform/ equipment updates and upgrades ensuring due diligence to all aspects of ILS.
• Provide specialist obsolescence support, in liaison with OM, TTLS, SCM and Eng colleagues manage platform/ equipment obsolescence, ensure adherence to the platform/ equipment Obsolescence Plan.
• Co-ordinate and, in liaison with, OM, TTLS, and SCM colleagues plan for platform/equipment end-of-service life.
• Identify and mitigate, working with OM, TTLS, SCM, Eng, management of Technical Through Life Support Risks
