We are partnered with an international law firm to hire an Intellectual Property Solicitor (1-4PQE) to join their Chambers ranked practice. They are relied upon by a number of clients from retailers, banks and corporates - both domestic and multinational.
They have Partners in the practice that are considered as leaders in their field, and you will advise on the full range of work from: IP disputes; trademarks, copyright, domain names, database rights and trade secrets on the full range of sectors.
The practice is very strong in copyright.
The expertise, training and support you will benefit from is excellent.
What will the ideal candidate look like?
- England & Wales qualified
- Experience working on IP disputes within a reputable full service or boutique firm.
- Strong academic background, with a STEM degree being a preference.
